Ideally we want you to be happy with your purchase (if it doesn’t fit properly your unlikely to wear it and playing is what we’re all about!)

          We are happy for you to exchange if it doesn’t fit but not if you want a refund because you changed your mind.

          Play it On doesn’t accept returns, if you wish to exchange a product, you will need to place a new order and return your original purchase for refund (we ask you to pay the postage to send back any item that doesn’t fit you)

          Play it On will not accept the postage fee unless the item is faulty and unsafe will we cover the postage cost once evidence is supplied.

          All returned items must be accompanied by the receipt and be in the same condition as when dispatched, with tags in place and intact.

          Customers will need to notify Play it On in writing (by email preferably within 14 days and then return the items within 30 days of purchase date

          We will notify you via e-mail when we have received and processed the returned product(s). We will refund the total value of the product(s) in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

          We cannot guarantee that the item being exchanged will be available and a refund will be issued.
