Ideally we want you to be happy with your purchase (if it doesn’t fit properly your unlikely to wear it and playing is what we’re all about!)
• We are happy for you to exchange if it doesn’t fit but not if you want a refund because you changed your mind.
• Play it On doesn’t accept returns, if you wish to exchange a product, you will need to place a new order and return your original purchase for refund (we ask you to pay the postage to send back any item that doesn’t fit you)
• Play it On will not accept the postage fee unless the item is faulty and unsafe will we cover the postage cost once evidence is supplied.
• All returned items must be accompanied by the receipt and be in the same condition as when dispatched, with tags in place and intact.
• Customers will need to notify Play it On in writing (by email preferably within 14 days and then return the items within 30 days of purchase date
• We will notify you via e-mail when we have received and processed the returned product(s). We will refund the total value of the product(s) in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
• We cannot guarantee that the item being exchanged will be available and a refund will be issued.
